Teen Killed By Lightning Strike April

Arkansas: A 17 year-old Conway High School student was killed early Wednesday
morning after being struck by lightning on his way to his school bus stop.
Greg Pruett, was discovered at 7:20 a.m. in the parking lot of the Meadowlake
Baptist Church. Faulkner County Coroner Patrick Moore ruled Pruett's death accidental.
The cause of death was ruled " electrocution as a result of a lightning
strike."
Moore says it appears Pruett was walking across the parking
lot from his home to the bus stop. His mother told the coroner that students often
wait for the bus under the church awning if it was raining.
