3M Worker Dies of Electrocution

Cynthiana, KY

Tammy Landrum, 39, an employee of 3M was electrocuted on the job on May 6, 2010. She was taken to University of Kentucky Hospital, where she passed away from her injuries. The cause of death, determined by Fayette County Coroner's Office, was anoxic brain injury caused by the electrocution. To read more on this story:
