"I am a student in Taiwan. I am interested in the electrostatic discharge on the aircraft. We know that there are some instruments installed on the tip of the wing to avoid the electrostatic discharge. I am interested in these instruments. According to what theoream are they designed? Could you please help me by letting me know where I can get the information?"
