This seems to be a clasic re-entry static
related fire. The owner of the truck was refueling it.
he got back into the truck. When the nozzle 'clicked moff",
he got out of the truck and reached for the nozzle. As
he did, a static spark discharged and the vapors around
his fuel port ignited. The fiber glass wheel wells melted
releasing the nozle to spew gasoline and cause a very
large fire.
